How it all began...
In 1909 Karl & Anna Müller bought the small Rose inn with about 20 seats and a butcher shop. In 1924, the Rose Hall was built, which still exists today.
The second youngest of the 4 daughters of the Müllers, Emilie, took over the parental business together with her husband Willi Carle in 1945.
In 1962 the butcher shop, which was the main source of income at that time, was renovated and in 1964 the first guest rooms were set up on the upper floor.

- Professional experience in renowned hotels in Switzerland, London, New York and lastly at the Colombi Hotel in Fribourg as Sales Manager and and management assistant
